Mend Qualcast 1993 Suffolk Punch Cylinder Mower

Where can I get a part?

I have a qualcast 1993 suffolk punch cylinder mower. I am unable to secure a replacement gasket that locates between the carburretor float bowl and the carburretor body. I believe the engine is an atco A114 2N.. I have tried all possible places. The gasket is a flat ring . Outer diam.46mm. inner 44mm.
