how can i fix my saxo alarm ?

when i open the car the alarm goes off but the key fob will not turn off the alarm,i have changed the battery and have had the fob tested n it works but i can still drive my car the alarm goes of by its self u just have to wait 4 the alarm to knock its self off to drive the car, any ideas ???
