I have a renault clio radio/cd player ?

how do i get it to work when there are no lights on dash board and the fuse has been changed.

Renault Audio, In-Car Audio Board Fuse Changed

I have a clio 2007, old design, and the radio does not work, thee fuse in the fuse panel is ok, How do you access the fuse on the rear of the actual radio?
