Mend creda 48301 Working Motor Turns

creda 48301 fan not working?

when cooker switched on motor is locked solid. when switched off motor turns freely by hand. don't know if it is correctly connected. looking from back of cooker black wire is on the right hand side of the motor,yellow wire is on the left hand side with the blue wire behind. Can you help please?
