Mend Ford Fiesta 1100 Ignition Car

How can I fix the ignition on a 1994/5 Ford fiesta1100?

Somebody tried to steal my Car- broke the plastic Housing on the steering column nearside to hot wire it (it starts with batt charged up or jumped started ) also broke off something to do with the steering Lock --I found a small piece of grey plastic in the floor well on the Drivers side to do with the steering Lock as the steering wheel runs free now from side to side now -Can I fix it ? How? Keep it Simple .Can't afford garage. Help please!

go to a scrap yard and buy a secondhand one it will cost round a bout 25 pound and u can fit it your self verry easy u will have to use a punch or chisell to take the bolts out of the ignition.if the keys r chipt just take the key in half and swop them over.
