yamaha yq 100 cc aerox?

wireing up the front headlight wires badly cut can anyone help

the throttle cable only pull the engine speed up faster than tickover speed so when it breaks it will only tick over as you annot raise the piston slide inside the carb,the piston slide butts up against a tickover screw and just lets the bike idle when the throttle isnt being operated or else it would be off on its own down the road.
