Mend Alba TVD 3406XI Dvd Player Screen

How can I fix my Alba TVD 3406XI Combi TV DVD Player?

The DVD player on my ALBA TVD 3406XI will not operate, every time I try a DVD it comes up with the on screen message (Wrong Disc) I have tried resetting it on Custom Reset, makes no difference, what can I do now?
