Am having problems with my iveco 75e15 it starts when cold only and only in the morning but wants you witch it off the engine won't start again immediately. And this is now coupled with overheating the question is what really causes this and does this trigger overheating

Not the most simple one to do but you need to remove the plate on the fron cover directly inline with injection pump and inside you will see a dot on the injection pump sprocket and two dots on the camshaft sprocket line these up so the dot on the pump sprocket is in between the two on the camshaft this is its timed position then to aid refiting put two center punch marks on the pump casing and a relitive postion on the engine casing . Now remove all your pipes and the 3 nuts holding the pump to the engine not forgeting to remove the surport bracket at the rear of the pump . Refitting is the reversal of removal with the exception of making sure all timing marks line up . Good luck
