tap cartridge stuck?

Hi, cant seem to shift this hot tap cartridge, holding tap and applying pressure it wont shift at all,
tried wd40 down it for a week, no good, prob is tap is not at end its in middle of bath against wall, dont want to have to take the bath out just for a dripping hot water tap.
