Heyy i had exactly the same problem . go onto control panel and click on add hardware but you do have to no your model and make of your webcam. Follow the instructions anyway. can you help me i have a mikomi webcam with disc but i cant find where it says the model or make so im stuffed but you have an advantage as i have dowmnloaded mine with the disc and it comes up with you have no video capture hardware , and i got told to install it without the disc . :S good luckk x :) Hope i helped
