Mend Belling XOU250, XOUS50/251/252/270/271 Replacement Cooker Thermostat

How can I replace the element on Belling XOU250 oven?

The element in the built-in oven Belling XOUS50/251/252/270/271 stopped working, everything else seems to be working OK, the fan the dial lights etc.. How can I change the element? Is there anything else that may have failed such as a thermostat? I will be grateful for any information.
