OK there is a chance that the engine is flooded with excess fuel...take the plug out, crank the engine over a few times to clear excess fuel. Occasionally its possible to actually pour excess fuel out of the plug hole if the problem is extreme. Check for a spark - replace the spark plug if you think it could be faulty. Remove the air cleaner element and clean that too. try to start the machine without the air cleaner in place - but always use full throttle! If there is no sign of excess fuel in the cylinder, pour a few drops of fuel down the plug hole, pop the plug back in and try that.
