my zanussi washing machine is litrally a few weeks past 12 month old, so out of guarentte, but now has broke down, i switch it on and select my cycle, i can hear the door click and lock, then about 3 - 5 seconds later, it clicks & unlocks itself, so the cycles wont start. help please
ring up you local zanussi repair agent direct (not customer care number!)and tell them that it has broken down.they have a legal obligation to make sure there products last a reasonable length of time.if time scale you talk about is true then I would say it isn't reasonable and hopefully they will help you out with a free repair.he/she who shouts loudest gets otherwise you will end up with a £100 bill from them.I got a free repair this way as the agents are allowed to use there descretion on just out of warranty repairs
