The conditioner is not emptying?

When i put conditioner in the middle drawer it just fills with water and does not empty

if it takes the conditioner and leaves the compartment full of water its just blocked. there should be some sort of tube in the compartment where you put the conditioner- the blockage is most likely here, it prob. just needs a thorough clean
