how to align blades?

I have a 22hp huskee mower with a 46 in deck. How do I align the 3 blades in relation to each other to get proper balance and the best cut?

Not familiar with that exact model, if the drive belt does not have teeth, then no alignment is required. If the belt DOES have teeth (a 'cog' belt), then you need to 'time' the blades so they don't hit each other. Other than that, there's no 'balancing' required.
