Mend McCulloch Promac 320x Grass Pull Fix

can anybody tell me where to take my mcculloch promac 320x to get it fixed?

well ive snapped the pull cord to start it...i just dont know where to take it 2. ive tried one place in paisley. only to be told. that they dont fix any mcculloch tools....help please....
