Mend Fellowes XRX-8X Model Running Forward

Model XRX-8X?

Paper jam. It stopped running. Have move controls to forward and back. No response at all. Not overheated. Did not run for more than 2 minutes. I emptied all the shredded paper and shook it a few time, nothing happened. I unplugged it for a while .

I also have a problem with the Model XRS-8X. The machine overheated. After it cooled down, it ran but would not feed in paper. The machine is clean - there are no paper scraps in the gears. The motor turns on and runs, but the gears do not turn.
