Kenmore portable dishwasher won't finish a cycle?

I have a Kenmore portable dishwasher that won't complete a cycle.I think the model nmber is 154033201A. It will fill with It will fill with water and quit. It sat for a long time in a garage. What can I do to get my dishwasher back. I miss him.

If it been sitting for awhile then the motor has seized up. I could not find your model, depending on the motor type some are accessible with unit on its back you break the motor free with the slight nudging of a screw driver on the impeller. Ensure that unit is unplugged before attempting this. good luck/
