Stuck bolt?

Its not as easy as a left hand thread ??

so your tightening it up tighter than loosening it ??

I thank you need a product called Liquid Wrench. You need to spray around the boltvery well and let it sit for at least two to three hours. This will get in where the threads are and if there's any rust it will loosen the rust allowing you to remove the bolt. You have the right idea on stoping befor you mess up the bolt any further.

Try this spreay the bolt again and use a pair of vise grip plierson the bolt head. Get it as tight as you can. Take a rubber hammer and hit the pliersin a counterclockwise direction. Make sure that you are going in this direction. Don't use a regular hammer as this creats a solid rap. The rubber hammer gives and delivers a softer but harder blow to the pliers. I have run into this problem several times in the past. This is the only way I have found that will do the trick. Also make sure you unplug the spark plug please. And backup the blade with something solid like a block of 2x4 to keep from getting cut by the old blade. Sure hope this help's and good luck.
