Mend Worcester Junior Boiler Pressure Valve

the pressure on my worcester junior boiler is low ?

i have had it adjusted in the past about 2 years ago but i failed to ask how it was done i do have a valve adjustment key and i know where that goes and it turns something under the boiler but the gauge doesn't move could you tell me how ot should be done the black needle is showing below 0.5 bar

insert the key and turn it untill it locks in.
then to the left of the key there is a tap. turn to let water in
