Mend Briggs & Stratton 375 Power Lawn

Briggs & stratton -power loss?

Have Briggs & stratton 375 fitted to champion lawn mower.
Starts ok but looses power, engine speed slows down when mowing. Have replaced plug and cleaned air filter.
Normally egine revs far higher.
Any help appreciated. thank you

Spring linkage and governor seem ok . Have noticed petrol leaking from between tank and side of engine when engine stops. On tightening carb fixing screws power loss less but not as it was . Wondering if gasket between carb face and petrol tank has blown. Do you how to remove carb which has rubber push proming device.

Have you checked the governor spring(s) and linkage when the engine is under load governor may not be working right.
