LOOK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR DEVICE, AND LOOK FOR "RESET". ONCE YOU FOUND IT GET A NEEDLE, PAPER CLIP, OR SOME OTHER KIND OF SMALL OBJECT TO FIT INSIDE OF THE SMALL HOLE. INJECT IT INTO THE LITTLE WHOLE, PRESS AGAINST IT GENTLY, AND THEIR YOU GO. LET IT STAY OFF BOUT, 5 MINS. (IN THE MEAN WHILE CHARGE IT).
