Mend Veritas 8 Plus Security System Keypad

Veritas 8 Plus?

The power to my house was off for most of yesterday. I am now unable to reset my alarm and the light to the extreme left is constantly on. Also, keypad makes no noise when I press keys. Any ideas how I fix it or what section in the installation maual i should refer to.

Thanks. as a novice with this, where is the battery located? is it in the main unit?

I think you'll have to reset to factory defaults and then re-programme it. Also get a new battery - the cause of your original problem.
