Mend Renault Megane Wont Work

my megane wipers and indicators wont work ?

97 r reg, 1,4 liberte the wipers and indicators dont work, its making a funny noise coming from the fuse box area, also now it wont start as the imobiliser is playing up, can anyone please help ??

first check all the fuses, then where the normal fuses are there are square boxes pull one out at a time and check for any burn marks or melting, if there is replace them, i had same problem on a 99 megan.
