Mend Hotpoint WD62 Ideas Fine Heat

Wd62 isn't heating the water... any ideas ?

Hotpoint Indesit wd62 works fine but just doesn't heat the water up during any of the cycles. Been told it can't be the element as it needs current flowing through it for the circuit to operate. Drying function works fine
