My Kenwood has just done the same, all working but no heat. Did anyone find a solution??

Sorry can't help but wanted to say mine did exactly the same thing at about the same time as yours (May 2009). The only response I have been able to get is "buy a new microwave" - ridiculous damage to the environment when it seems it should be fixable.

most likely problem safety interlock switches on the door, possibly magnetron failure, either way you need to be able to test for the fault, see microwave-repairs.co.uk for more help
