My DTR box won't come off standby. I've tried calling Topuptv and emailing - no response from email and when you go through all the choices on the phone it only ends up with an engaged tone.
My DTR box is less than 6 months old. I don't subscribe to top up tv (did the trial and wasn't impressed so cancelled).
Surely the DTR box should still work even if Topuptv have gone bust?
Thanks. I finally managed to speak to someone at TUPTV HQ who confirmed there was a massive software issue affecting the majority of their boxes.
I did the reset again last night and the issue is now resolved but I lost everything that I had recorded and my schedule of recordings deleted too.

unplug the box for 20sec. press and hold standby button on the box while plugging it back in. As soon as the amber light flashes let go and press up,down,left and right arrow keys in sequence 3 times. The amber light will stay on and the green light will start flashing. In approx 60 sec the box will turn on by itself.
