Audio noise (hum) on Panasonic cordless phone?

My new secondhand Panasonic cordless phone KX-TC1200 has a Audio noise (hum) on my side, but it's OK on the recipient side. I've tested another Panasonic cordless phone on the same spot with no problem, so it seems to be not a area problem.
Is the problem on the Base, or the phone, and what could it be?

Found the problem, area related. The newer phone that i've done the test with did not pickup noise like mine on the same spot. After testing my phone in another room, it was noiseless.
