creative volume control problem?

ok when i turn on my pc a window pops up and says,- creative volume contral : unable to load user interface please install the application. now how do i fix this and were do i find the application to reinstall it?

go here u might have to go back and select your card though as its on my settings right now then you can click on software updateon the right hope this helps , you probably best deleting your software first before you update !
