My 96 seadoo gti not beeping when keyed in, no start?

Wen I but my key in thare is no beep what can it be wen I hit the start button it beeps ones and won't start I Charged the battery Sam thing Happen what can it be

Having the same problem with my 800xp. In the process of putting a new lanyard post on to see if that is the problem. All fuses are good, good ground, battery charged to the fullest extent. Then only other thing I can think of is if the rubber boot on your start button is letting water in and corroding it there.

Have you checked all the fuses in your ski? I had the same problem last week with my 2000 GTX and when I checked the fuses (in my case located in the MPEM, in the forward hull beneath the front storage bin) I found one blown. Changed the fuse and everything went back to normal.

There are also additional fuses in the electrical box in the aft hull, near your battery. Might as well check all of those too.
