Mend Potterton Prima 40f Boiler Ignition Burner Pressure

Potterton Prima 40f?

Boiler ignites and burners come on with 10mbar burner pressure. However looking through the view glass I get flame lift off. I have changed the fan cleared the pilot assembly blown through the air pressure tubes and checked out the integrity of the flue. I still get flame lift off followed by the burners going out.This cycle then continues. Help

Rotted Flue terminal causing recirculation of stale flue gas, flame lifts off due to lack of oxygen. cure?
Potterton make a flue renovation kit for this boiler which consists of a pipe sleeve and new terminal and takes about 1 hour to fit

No I havent what would that tell? It would obviously give a lower gas rate as the burners come on and off every minute or so?
