where can i get the sonic toothbrush repaired?

I have a Braun sonic toothbrush that does'nt seem to charge when put on it's base? Sometimes it works when yoy jiggle the lead at the back. At other times it just won't charge. Can these things be repaired or do i have to replace the whole thing?

Check out a guy on ebay who does repairs. Search for "Sonicare Repair." He is reported to give 48 hour service and reasonably priced.

Hi Marie, The simple answer is that the product cannot be repaired. Either the handle unit or charger has to be replaced, the handle costs about £35 and the charger about £20, a lot less than a new machine boxed £99 !! I would need to talk further to you about which part is at fault. Thanks Jason at Braun service
