The Clock Has Stopped Working On Chef Baroness Oven & Oven Won't Turn Off?

A loud buzzing noise is coming from oven behind the knobs.The oven has not been turned off but the sound is constantly there.We have tried to turn it off at the box but can't.The serviceman told us the clock is broken and cannot be replaced as you cannot get the part anymore-too old.He said we need to buy a new oven but we cannot afford this.Can we get a secondhand part?
