help me fix my boiler worcester 240 combi?

I dont seem to be getting any hot water upstairs and when i turn an upstairs tap on the boiler doesnt fire but donstairs seems OK. what is the fault and how can i repair

Worcester Bosch Worcester Bosch 240 combi Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Boiler Heating Repair

Check the flow rate of the upstair tap, if less than say 5 litre/min approx the boiler may not want to fire up to heat the water, could be scale in the tap or a stuck washer etc etc
