Fixing Duette 3/4 inch Hunter Douglas blinds?

My blind has not worked for awhile, and I am trying to figure out what problem is. I thought it may need to be re-strung...but cannot pull get the bracket off to see if this is the problem. Anyone have ideas on how to remove bracket, and then how to determine if string is the problem?
