Mend Boilermate System Drained Heating

boilermate refill probs?

hi have a boilermate with refill probs,the system was drained on arrival the pump on heating was said to be running hot,refilled system found no water being pumped out to the flow on heating or water,there is a sound of air lock inside cylinder dose any body know of a way to bleed out air lock tried air vents on system no joy
