Mend Pump Display Fix

how to fix pump?

my mum has a disabled shower fitted the pump is
under the sink in a white caseing when you take cover
off their are two yellow buttons and a small display
showing 31 when you press yellow button the 31
disappears and the pump comes on for about 30 sec
then goes off and the 31 returns cant find make or name on pump
