boatain bt 125 t2?

hope you can help me i have a baotain bt t2 125 i could do with knowing what the see through tube on the n/s of the bike is. the see though pipe goes to a little box witch is on the side of the air box the see through tube has a plug in the end when i pull the plug out watery oil comes out of it many thanks
