Mend Hotpoint FDW60 Water Bottom Dishwasher

water comes out the bottom of my dishwasher and is now tripping the electri?

hotpoint Aquarius fdw60....bottom paddle had come loose and fallen off, put it back and switched the dishwasher on, the electric tripped. Then noticed water coming from the bottom of the machine, drained it all , but still tripping electric...don't know what to do, cananyone help
