stoves panache 600 SIDLM ?

whilst the grill is on there is a very loud high pitch noise coming from the grill what could this be ? and is it dangerous.

It's just vibration. Move the grill pan slightly and it should stop.

the answer is probably the electric fan is getting worn out

haven't solved it as such but found closing the door on the grill for abot 20 seconds and re-opening seems to stop the noise most of the time.
it's something to do with the cooling fan and i've been told it's not dangerous. (just v annoying)

We have an stoves newhome slidlm that makes this annoying noise from the grill too. What I would suggest is to take out the grill pan for the first 10-20 seconds after lighting because this is what makes the noise. I think it`s something to do with the resonance after lighting??
