worcester heatslave 12/14 no hot water?

Instructions state to press reset button found under panel however cannot find the reset button. Can any body help.

Worcester Worcester Heatslave 12/14 Heating, Home Heating Systems Heating Hot Water Reset Button

Oil boiler? The burner unit is behind an aluminium cover at the bottom of the boiler. This can be removed by pulling the sides of the cover. The burner will be seen and the red lock out lamp will be lit. Press the lamp to attempt a re start.
