Diplomat ADP8332 how to remove door panel?

I have a Diplomat ADP8332, and the bottom well is full of water (again). I had this fixed about 2 years ago but didn't watch or learn (d'oh!). Now I can't get anyone to fix it as MFI has gone bust and they can't get the spares. I know I have to mop up the well but I don't know how to get the front fascia panel off (the screws around the door don't seem to be holding it onto the wooden fascia) and also how to open the bottom up. Can someone help please?
