how to fix my water?

Sounds like an air lock can't see it's anything else try blowing hard down the kitchen sink tap see if it makes a difference.

The other theory is the none return valve on the inlet has stuck closed Why you get hot is I think there is a 'by pass apature in the crystel unit so no water from the hot tank can get into the cold system hence the none return valve.
