Mend Cannon Oakley 10515G Small Main Oven

Small flame only on main oven? cannon oakley 10515G?

My oven has only a small flame not sure if its the oven gas valve- £75 (maybe not worth repairing) or the thermal couple - £32 on a cannon oakley 10515G, any one any idea which one it could be?
