One of our tenants cannot use the alarm as the 'tamper' light has come on and the alarm was activated, but we did not know the code for the alarm. We have turned the alarm off by the fuse box, but when the fuse is turned back on, the alarm goes off. How can he reset the alarm so he can use it?

The 1st thing is to determine what caused the tamper light to come on. There are too many possibilities to discuss here so I suggest you phone me on 07798 566012 (24hrs) & I'll talk you through what needs to be done.
