Can I change a wallowed out adapter/charging port on my eachine?

Can I change the 110vadapter/charging port on my emachine model #M2352? It was plugged in and fell. Now the port is very loose on the plug for the wall and will charge to only 50%. I can hear it making a shorting out sound.

If so, how, and where can I get another port for the case. Also I ned some guidance as to how to access the internal parts where this is located.
