Mend Homelite HL454SP Petrol Drive Belt

homelite petrol lawn mower (modelHL454SP)?

Mower just out of guarantee and drive belt snapped. Also both brake and stop-start cables very loose. Can I obtain a new drive belt, and how would I go replacing it?
