the main beam isnt working checked fuses swapped the stalk, swapped the brown relay which is clicking when you flash the lights i dont know if its the right 1 tho?
If you want a sensible answer you might like to tell us the make, model and year with out this we are going to have to use our crystal balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
