Phillips Iqon 1028 keeps crashing?

This is starting to be a regular occurrence, browsing the web, screen goes black with random blue lines, shuts down then restarts, fault comes up as 'blue screen'. Running vista home basic Have attempted to contact manufacturer but apparently have gone bust.
