Starter?

Honda 750 '91 was out ridding. Stopped, shutdown. Went to restart no yellow light. put key to lock then on, yellow light came on. engaged starter got click,, no start. Tried a few times. Tried all fuses.. they ok. Got yellow light on and rolled bike, popped clutch came home. Now can not get yellow light to come on.
